We have all been fascinated with Gingerbread Houses, but the reindeer cookies that stood in front of the house or pulled a Gingerbread sleigh were, well, just two dimensional or flat...until now. That's where the name came from, the mathematical term for the third dimension, or "cubed".
Bob & Mary Schallip, the creators of COOKIES CUBED, design and fabricate their own cutters on a small island in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. They are proud to say, "MADE IN THE USA". They wanted their cutters to be professional baker's quality, yet be available to the general public. That is why their cutters are only made from 22guage, 304 stainless steel, not plastic or really thin tin coated steel.
